You know everyone has that one thing in life that they are willing to spend a ridiculous amount of money on even if they are super cheap on everything else? For me, its not luxury purses or name brand shoes, but instead that one thing is my camera and all of my gear. Lucky for you, that means I'll be using the best gear on the market. And no, just having great gear doesn't directly translate into an amazing photograph, but it sure does help.

My other happy place is buried and lost in a novel wrapped up in a quilt on my couch in a perfectly quiet house.

My personality is a bit on the quiet side. I'm more of an observer than the life of the party. Which someone with a psychology degree can probably connect that to why I am perfectly happy and content behind the camera instead of in front of it.
